Motorcyclist Killed After Being Struck By Car In Area A local man driving a 2013 Harley Davidson motorcycle was killed during a crash with a car in the area. Mark Graff, 54, of Putnam Valley, was killed around 5 p.m., on Monday, Nov. 11, during the crash in LaGrange.on East Noxon Road at the intersection with South Cross Road, said Dutchess County Sheriff's Office Capt. John Watterson. A preliminary investigation has revealed that Graff was traveling eastbound on East Noxon Road when he attempted to make a left turn onto South Cross Road, Watterson said.
