A 16-year-old has been criminally charged with a felony in connection to a Westchester crash that killed a beloved longtime police sergeant and Putnam County resident. Two Teens Seriously Injured In Head-On Crash With Bus In Westchester
Two teens are recovering from serious injuries following a head-on crash with a Westchester County Bee-Line bus on Route 141 in Hawthorne.
