While testing her luck at New London County's Mohegan Sun in the village of Uncasville on Sunday, Oct. 13, a resident of New Rochelle in Westchester County won a whopping $100,929.93, the casino announced on Friday, Oct. 18.  The lucky winner, identified as "Donna Z.," won the jackpot while playing on the Wheel of Fortune Triple Double Diamond slot machine at Mohegan Sun's Casino of the Earth.  Donna's plans for her winnings were not detailed.  Accordi…
