Employee At Spa Charged With Prostitution After Resident Reports Suspicious Activity A 52-year-old employee at a spa was arrested for prostitution following a report by a concerned citizen. Fengling Qin of Queens was arrested Wednesday, Oct. 31, by the New York State Police for unauthorized practice and prostitution, said Trooper AJ Hicks.
