ID Released For Man Killed In Crash That Shut Down I-84 For More Than 10 Hours The identity of the man killed in an early morning crash involving an overturned tractor-trailer and a car that shut down a stretch of I-84 for more than 10 hours on Monday has been released. The closure occurred on eastbound I-84 at Exit 17 (Ludingtonville Road/Route 43) in Kent. The Yorktown Police Department issued an alert warning that beginning on Wednesday, Quinlan Street will be closed immediately south of Manchester Road. Temporary Memorial Day Road Closures Scheduled On I-95 Exit 16 ramps along Interstate-95 will be closed on Monday, May 28 from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for the Norwalk Memorial Day Parade. The Norwalk Police Department announced the temporary road closure. The parade starts at Veterans Park in East Norwalk and proceeds east on Van Zant Street, then north on East Avenue prior to concluding at the Norwalk Green.  Van Zant Street, East Avenue (south of Route 1), and the northbound and southbound ramps of I-95 Exit 16 will be closed to all traffic.
