A member of the 300 Bloodhound Brims street gang has been found guilty of a violent street assault in Westchester County. On June 17, 2021, around 9 p.m., 20-year-old Devin Coates, hit a 33-year-old victim in the head with a glass bottle and knocked them unconscious in Yonkers at North Broadway (Route 22), according to Westchester District Attorney Miriam Rocah. Fourteen alleged members of the "300 Bloodhound Brims" street gang in Westchester have been arrested and charged for their roles in a violent assault of a man that caused potentially life-threatening injuries to a 33-year-old man. A tearful daughter whose father was shot and killed by a Westchester County teenager was remembered as a “peacemaker” and man “with a heart as big as the world” as the teen was sentenced to prison time on Wednesday. Teen Pleads Guilty To Killing Man In Westchester Apartment Building
A 16-year-old has pleaded guilty to his role in the fatal shooting of a Westchester man in an apartment stairwell last summer. Trevon Major of Greenburgh has pleaded guilty to one count of first-degree manslaughter and one count of criminal possession of a weapon, both violent felonies, following the death of Joseph Smith III in August last year, Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Scarpino, Jr. announced.
