New Fairfield Teen Charged With Driving While Impaired After Two-Car Crash A teen from New Fairfield has been charged after allegedly driving impaired and getting into a two-car crash, Putnam County Sheriff Robert Langley said. Putnam County Sheriff Deputies responded to State Route 312 in the Town of Southeast on Thursday, Feb. 21 on the report of a two-car accident. Further investigation revealed that one of the drivers involved in the crash, 19-year-old Dylan Stefanelli of New Fairfield, was allegedly impaired by drugs, police say. Local residents facing charges include:  Westchester County On Saturday, Feb. 23 State Police troopers from Livingston arrested Michael S. Grant, 31, of Elmsford, for DWI.
