Former Local Police Chief Who Resided In Northern Westchester Dies A former police chief from Westchester County has died. Robert William Lipsky died at the Sunrise of Crestwood Assisted Living Facility in Yonkers on Tuesday, Nov. 29, according to his obituary. He was age 93. He was born in Tarrytown and graduated from Irvington High School. Lipsky went on to join the United States Army stationed at Fort Dix, New Jersey, earning an honorable discharge as a corporal in 1950, his obituary said. 22-Year-Old Victim Of Fatal Northern Westchester Crash Remembered For 'Charming Smile' Friends and family of a 22-year-old Pound Ridge man who was killed in a head-on crash in Northern Westchester gathered to remember him on Friday, Dec. 20. Diego Trejo, who died Monday,  Dec. 16, was remembered as a kind and gentle soul during a funeral mass at St. Francis of Assisi Church in Mount Kisco. He was buried at St. Francis Cemetery. Stewart, Sr., 86, of Mount Kisco, died on Thursday, April 11.  He was born on Dec. 27, 1932, in Mount Kisco to Margaret (Hughes) and Robert Stewart. He was the beloved husband of Joan Fox Stewart, loving father of William Jr. (Linda), Margaret Brittingham (Gerry), James (Higgins), John (Duskie) and Ellen Rigano (Chip) and loving Poppy of nine grandchildren.
