Man Busted Transporting 54 Pounds Of Pot In Stop Of Lexus On Hutch, Police Say Westchester County Police busted a man transporting 54 pounds of marijuana on the Hutchinson River Parkway. Boston resident Simon Huang, 22, was driving a Lexus northbound on the parkway in New Rochelle when he was stopped for a traffic violation at approximately 6 p.m. on Tuesday, April 23, near Weaver Street, police said. While speaking with Huang, officers detected the odor of marijuana coming from the back of the sedan. According to police, further investigation found two laundry bags in the trunk that had “a large quantity of marijuana.” In total, there were 54 pounds of pot in 46 heat…
