Police Investigate Stolen Rental Car From Westchester Shell Station Police in Scarsdale are investigating a stolen rental car taken from a Westchester County gas station. Officers were dispatched to the Shell Station on Scarsdale Avenue on Jan. 23, where there were reports of a stolen rental vehicle from the location. Police spoke to a rental associate, who stated on Dec. 27 last year, a customer returned a 2017 Red Ford Fusion, which has not been seen since.
