Latimer Hopes Section 1 Basketball Tourney Returns To County Center The 2018 Section 1 boys and girls high school basketball tournament will not be held at the Westchester County Center in White Plains this year, breaking with tradition.  County Executive George Latimer said he hopes to change that for 2019.
