Man Busted For Aggravated DWI After Wrong-Way Parking At Westchester HS A 56-year-old driver who told police that he “only had a few glasses of wine” in White Plains was busted driving erratically with a blood alcohol content nearly triple the legal limit before coming to a stop at Scarsdale High School. Officers were called to Post Road near Burgess Road at approximately 10:45 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 28. Upon arrival at the scene, police said that the units called found a 1998 Nissan parked in the middle of the driveway at the high school, facing the wrong direction.
