A 48-year-old man who had his license suspended four times for various offenses was arrested in Westchester over the weekend. An officer from the Scarsdale Police Department on patrol near the intersection of Heathcote Road and Palmer Avenue stopped Bronx resident John Adorno at approximately 5:10 p.m. on Friday, March 29, when an alarm sounded that his vehicle had a suspended or revoked registration. Police investigators in Westchester are attempting to track down a driver who caused thousands of dollars in damages while doing doughnuts on an elementary school field.
