Man, 63, Forcibly Kisses Woman Against Her Will, Westchester Police Say Westchester County Police intervention was required in Mount Kisco after a man allegedly forcibly grabbed a woman and kissed her against her will. Officers were dispatched to Columbus Avenue at approximately 8:22 a.m. on Tuesday, April 17, where there was a report of a woman who had suffered injuries after a man forced himself on her without consent. According to police, 63-year-old Gregory Avenue resident Rigoberto Soriano grabbed the woman and kissed her, leaving her with bruises on her arms.
