Reported Gun Shots, Overnight Golf Course Damage Top North Castle Blotter Members of the North Castle Police Department were called to an area home after a local homeowner reported that she suspects she heard gunshots ring out in the street in the middle of the night. A North Lane resident reported to police shortly before 4:15 a.m. on Saturday, June 16 that she heard what she believed to be two gunshots, five minutes earlier, leading to a police investigation in the area.
