The North Castle Highway Department will soon begin the rehabilitation of Ledgewood Place. Starting on or around Tuesday, July 2, the department will begin the work on Ledgewood Place, which includes paving removal, prepping and repaving. During this time, the road will not be entirely closed. However, motorists are advised to drive slowly and expect some delays. Paving Project Starts In North Castle
There will be delays and lane closures on a busy roadway in North Castle as contracting crews begin a road repaving project. The North Castle Highway Department issued an alert on Monday warning that, beginning on Thursday, July 19, crews will begin the removal of old pavement, followed by a repaving on Cedar Hill Road. Officials said that the road will not be entirely closed during the project, but motorists can expect delays in the area while work is ongoing. It was not clear how long the delays will last.
