A woman was killed in a head-on collision in the Hudson Valley that also left two young children injured as well, police announced. The crash happened in Putnam County on Thursday, Jan. 25 around 6 p.m., when two vehicles collided in the town of Southeast in the area of 477 Tonetta Lake Rd. One Killed In Crash Involving School Bus In Hudson Valley
One person was killed during a two-vehicle crash between a school bus and a dump truck in the Hudson Valley. It happened around 8:50 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 14 in Ulster County, on Route 9W in the town of Saugerties. The driver of the dump truck suffered critical injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Ulster County Sheriff's Office. Bicyclist Killed After Being Hit By Pickup Driver On Route 9W
A fatal accident involving a 33-year-old Dutchess County motorist whose pickup truck hit a bicyclist in Ulster County is under investigation, according to the Ulster County Sheriff's Office. The accident occurred around 6:20 p.m. Monday when Michale C. Brailey of Red Hook, who was driving his white 2013 Ford F-150 north on Route 9W when his pickup truck left the roadway and struck a bicyclist, the department said.
