US Presidential Scholar: Byram Hills HS Senior Gets Top Honor A high school senior from Northern Westchester has received one of the nation's highest honors for students.  Byram Hills High School senior Samantha Milewicz of Armonk is one of only 161 students nationwide to be selected as a US Presidential Scholar, school district officials announced on Friday, May 12.  The US Presidential Scholars Program was created in 1964 and recognizes a few of the country's most distinguished graduating seniors. Brewster HS Three-Sport Standout Named Coca-Cola Scholars Semifinalist A three-sport standout from Brewster High School has been named as a semifinalist for Coca-Cola’s class of 2019 Scholars Program. Brianna Sayegh was one of the 95,000 original applicants for the scholarship, and of these applicants, Coca-Cola chose 1,896 semifinalists based on academic achievements, leadership, and community support services.
