Social Media Challenge: 4 Charged After Crashing Into Greenwich Home In Stolen Car Four men were arrested after a stolen car they were in crashed into a house in Fairfield County what police say is part of a TikTok challenge. The incident took place in Greenwich around 3 a.m., Friday, April 28 on Field Point Road. According to Greenwich Police, officers on patrol spotted a Kia Forte traveling recklessly and at a high rate of speed on Field Point Road.  Before officers could attempt to stop it, the vehicle had left the road and struck a house causing significant damage to both the car and the residence.  The four people in the Kia immediately fled the scene on …

Burglaries At 'All-Time Low' In Greenburgh Greenburgh Supervisor reported on Friday, Feb. 9 that burglary reports in the town during 2017 were at their lowest level since the own began to maintain crime records. Greenburgh Police Chief Chris McNerney released statistics on Part I Criminal Offenses for the year 2017. Part I Offenses are considered serious crimes by the United States Department of Justice. Included in this category are Aggravated Assault, Burglary, Homicide, Larceny, Motor Vehicle Theft, Robbery and Rape.
