The so-called “Clean Slate Act" was introduced by State Senator Zellnor Myrie, a Democrat whose 20th Senate District includes parts of Brooklyn. Greenwich Man Kills Neighbor's Cat By Mistake A Greenwich man meaning no harm to anyone but a groundhog that was continually digging up his yard has been charged with several misdemeanors after putting out a trap and killing his neighbor's cat instead of catching the pesky animal.
