Ossining Man Faces DWI Charge After Route 6 Crash In Yorktown An Ossining man faces DWI charges after he was busted by Yorktown Police for allegedly causing a vehicle crash while driving drunk. Manuel Cochancela, 36, was arrested on Tuesday around 2:15 p.m. after a Yorktown police officer watched as he turned his red Ford truck erratically from Lee Road and collided with another vehicle on westbound Route 6, Yorktown Police said. An investigation at the scene of the crash found Cochancela was allegedly intoxicated, and a computer check revealed that he was unlicensed and had a prior conviction for DWI in the past 10 years, police said.
