Westchester Man Sentenced For Fatal Hit-And-Run Involving Teenager A 21-year-old man is heading to jail after pleading guilty to his role in the fatal hit-and-run that took the life of a Westchester teenager. Yonkers resident Junior Silverio-Ventura - who was 19 years old at the time of the crash in September 2016 - has been sentenced to six months in Westchester County Jail and five years probation after pleading guilty in March to a felony count of criminally negligent homicide for his involvement in the crash.
