Police Officers Stop Woman From Jumping Off Roof Of Building In Hudson Valley An allegedly suicidal woman was stopped from jumping from the rooftop of a building by two police officers in the Hudson Valley. The incident took place around 4:28 p.m., Wednesday, May 26, in Ulster County. The officers from the Saugerties Police responded to a 911 call of a distraught woman on the roof of the old Flannigan Cleaners Building on Main Street in the Village of Saugerties.
