Suspect Caught Stealing $2,400 In Cosmetics Over Two Days At CVS In Westchester, Police Say A man was apprehended after stealing thousands of dollars worth of merchandise over the course of two days from a CVS location in Westchester, police said. Investigators from the Scarsdale Police Department received a report on Thursday, Dec. 27 from employees at the CVS on Popham Road, where there was a reported larceny.
