Motorist With 19 License Suspensions Busted After Crossing Lanes, Crashing In Westchester
A motorist was busted with crack cocaine after being caught by police in Westchester driving slowly on a busy road before crossing over several lanes of traffic and coming to a stop after hopping a curb. Officers on patrol in Scarsdale shortly after midnight on Friday morning reported that they saw White Plains resident Jose Alejandro Tineo, 31, driving southbound on Post Road, near Fenimore Road, in the middle of the two lanes.
