Motorist With 19 License Suspensions Busted After Crossing Lanes, Crashing In Westchester A motorist was busted with crack cocaine after being caught by police in Westchester driving slowly on a busy road before crossing over several lanes of traffic and coming to a stop after hopping a curb.
