Doctor Admits To Her Role In $2.5M Medicaid Fraud Scheme To Patients In Fairfield County A doctor in Fairfield County has admitted to her role in a pair of schemes to defraud Medicaid out of more than $2.5 million. Juliet Jacob, formerly of Bridgeport, pleaded guilty this week in Bridgeport District Court to one count of health care fraud stemming from a scheme that lasted several years. Beginning in January 2012, Jacob and another person operated Traditional Development and Training and It Takes A Promise in Bridgeport.
