Former Employees Charged With Stealing From Westchester Auto Dealership Employees from Long Island and Westchester working at a New Rochelle auto dealership are facing charges for alleged fraudulent auto crimes scheme involving a New Rochelle car dealership, the District Attorney’s Office announced. Nassau County resident James Castellano, of Valley Stream, and Westchester resident Israel Viloria, of New Rochelle, were indicted in Westchester for alleged crimes at the New Rochelle Hyundai LLC car dealership.
