Man Throws Bag Of Cocaine After Running Across I-684 Lanes, Police Say New York State Police troopers busted a 54-year-old man who allegedly attempted to flee police by running in the median of I-684 in Southeast and tossing a bag of cocaine. State Police officials announced the arrest of Brooklyn resident Roger Sherwood on Friday, who is facing felony charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance and tampering with evidence.
