Robbery, Attempted Carjacking Under Investigation In Westchester: Suspect At Large Authorities are searching for those involved in a robbery and attempted carjacking incident in Westchester, police announced. The incident happened on Sunday, Feb. 4 just before 12:45 a.m. in the area of Harriman Road in Irvington, the Irvington Police Department announced.
