Victims Shot In Face, Chest After Argument In Westchester: Suspect At Large A verbal dispute on a Westchester street escalated into gunfire Tuesday afternoon, March 4, leaving two men wounded, police said. The shooting happened around 3:30 p.m. near the intersection of Walnut and Elm Streets in Yonkers, according to Yonkers Police Sgt. Robert Spink.
