Man Exposes Himself To Woman At Greenwich Public Library A 38-year-old man was arrested after allegedly exposing himself to a woman at an area library. Kenneth Belle of Bridgeport was arrested Monday after officers from the Greenwich Police Department responded to the Greenwich Library on W. Putnam Avenue for a report of a man exposing himself and masturbating in front of a woman, said Greenwich Police Lt.
