Investigation Into Graffiti On Private, Public Property In Westchester Underway Authorities in Westchester are investigating after numerous private and public properties were marked with graffiti during the same night.  The incidents happened in Hastings-on-Hudson on the night of Saturday, July 29 between 8 p.m. and 2 a.m., according to the village's police department.  In each instance, numerous properties were marked with blue spray paint that was used to write "grim" and "808," police said.  Anyone with any information or surveillance footage of the incidents is asked to call police at 914-478-2344.  This is a developing story.
