Victim Strangled In Northern Westchester Domestic Incident, Police Say A man is facing a series of charges after allegedly being involved in a domestic dispute, choking his victim and causing a child to fall near a set of stairs before fleeing in Northern Westchester, police announced. New York State Police troopers were dispatched to a Furnace Dock Road home in Cortlandt at approximately 3:45 p.m. on May 12, where there was a report of a domestic dispute that had turned physical.
