Two Westchester Men Admit To Roles In Fatal Armed Robbery Two men have admitted to their roles in an armed robbery that left a man dead in Westchester last year. Yonkers residents Kentrell Hill, 20 has pleaded guilty to robbery and Charles Burks, 32, has pleaded guilty to manslaughter for their December robbery of 30-year-old Dymere Graham in Yonkers. On Dec. 7 last year, the two men robbed Graham, with Burks shooting him in the buttocks in the process.  They then left the Graham to die. Westchester Man Arraigned In Connection To Fatal Armed Robbery A 31-year-old Westchester man is facing a murder charge for his role in the fatal shooting of a 30-year-old Yonkers resident late last year. Charles Burks of Yonkers was arraigned this week on a murder charge following an investigation into the shooting death of Dymere Graham on Dec. 7 last year, according to the Westchester County District Attorney’s office. According to officials, Burks allegedly shot his victim during a Riverview Place robbery, and Graham later died from the wound and was later found by police dead in an alley on Riverview Place.
