Man At Large After 115 MPH DWI Wrong-Way Hudson Valley Chase State Police are on the lookout for a 22-year-old man who is wanted on a series of charges after allegedly drinking and driving more than 110 mph while attempting to evade police on I-84 in Putnam County late last year. An alert was issued this week for Waterbury, Conn. resident Jose Rosado, who was busted by troopers last October driving 115 mph in the wrong direction on the interstate during a late-night joyride.
