Woman Violates Protection Order, Scratches Man's Face In Northern Westchester, Police Say A woman who scratched her victim’s face during a domestic incident was in violation of a court order of protection in Yorktown, police said. Police in Yorktown received a report shortly after 9:30 p.m. on Thursday night, from a Mohegan Lake resident, who reported a domestic dispute at a local home. Greenwich Man Faces Harassment Charge A Greenwich man was charged with harassment stemming from two domestic incidents, according to Greenwich Police. Aldair Garcia, 21, of Weaver Street, was charged last month with a misdemeanor count of harassment for incidents with a woman in July and December of last year during domestic disputes between the two, police said. He was arrested on a warrant and released on $25,000 bail.
