Erratic Driver, Ducks In Distress, Suspicious Man Top North Castle Blotter Police in North Castle were called in to help in attempting to track down an erratic driver on Route 128 in Armonk who gave a scare to fellow motorists before speeding off. Officers from the North Castle Police Department received a report shortly after 1:45 p.m. on Sunday, June 10, from a caller at Business Park Drive who stated that a driver in a Jeep on Route 128 was speeding, passing other vehicles and going through stop signs in the area.
