Victims Awoken By Home Intruder In Northern Westchester Residents in Northern Westchester received an unexpected wake-up call after being awoken by a home invader who was burglarizing their home, State Police said. New York State Police troopers were dispatched to James Street in the Montrose area of Cortlandt shortly after 3 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 27, where there was a report of a break-in in progress. Police said the victims had been woken up that morning in their bed by the sounds of a break-in, prompting them to call 911.
