Woman Falling Asleep At Wheel In Westchester Busted For DWI, Police Say A Good Samaritan helped lead to the arrest of a Westchester woman who was spotted falling asleep at the wheel and disregarding stop signs on her way home, police said. The Scarsdale Police Department issued an alert at approximately 8:30 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 28, for an erratic driver who was traveling on Tompkins Road. Police said that they received a call from a third-party, who was following the driver home while on the line with officers.
