Mount Kisco Native Donna Furu, Financial Services Professional, Dies At 52 Northern Westchester native Donna L. Furu of Brewster, a financial services professional, died unexpectedly at her home on Saturday, Jan. 20. She was 52.  She was born in Mount Kisco on April 19, 1965, the daughter of Philip and Florence (Light) Furu. Donna graduated from Somers High School and earned a Bachelor's Degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. She was Vice President of Learning and Development at BNY Mellon, where she worked from 1998 to 2016. Donna was an avid Mets fan and enjoyed attending the games with her nephew.
