Crash Causes Gridlock On I-95 Stretch This story has been updated. There was gridlock on a stretch of I-95 early Monday evening after a crash that initially blocked the left lane. The incident occurred on the southbound side between Center Street (Exit 19) in Westport and Sherwood Island (Exit 18).
