The Westchester Board of Legislators voted unanimously on Monday, June 15 to approve a lease for the county’s Family Court on Garden Street in New Rochelle. The County Board of Legislators has voted to raise the age limit for the sale of tobacco and related products in Westchester from 18 to 21. County Executive George Latimer is expected to sign the new legislation into law at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 6, making it effective in 60 days.
