Man Who Used GPS For 11 Burglaries Committed In Westchester Sentenced
A 52-year-old man has been sentenced to 18 years to life in state prison for burglarizing homes in and around Westchester counties, including Harrison, Irvington, Rye Brook, Tarrytown, Bedford, New Castle and Mamaroneck, Westchester County District Attorney Anthony A. Scarpino, Jr. announced Thursday.
From June 19, 2014 until he was arrested by the Harrison Police Department on Oct, 21, 2014, Angelo Carzoglio of Manhattan relied on various tools and modern technology to commit the burglaries, including a Garmin Nuvi 65 GPS device which allowed him to easily navigate through unfamiliar suburb…
