Man Chokes, Threatens To Kill Victim With Knife In Westchester, Police Say A 32-year-old is behind bars after a domestic dispute turned physical and he allegedly threatened to kill another man while choking him and displaying a large kitchen knife, Yorktown Police said in a media release. Officers from the Yorktown PD were dispatched to a Stoney Street home at approximately 7:20 a.m. on Monday, April 23 where there was a report of an altercation in progress.
