Westchester Man Who Threatened Mother, Children With Shotgun Arraigned
The man who terrorized his family with a shotgun and forced police to rescue his family during an armed standoff in Westchester has been formally arraigned following Wednesday’s incident. Port Chester resident Abe Massa, 29, has been charged with reckless endangerment after threatening his family with a shotgun, firing it in front of his mother and pointing it at her on Oct. 10. Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Scarpino, Jr. announced the arraignment on Thursday afternoon. Massa was charged at the Westchester County Medical Center, where he was taken on Wednesday for evaluation.…
