Shirtless, Shoeless Man Leads Officers On Lengthy Chase In Northern Westchester, Police Say A 19-year-old man faces charges after leading officers on an extensive chase through woods, streams, and neighborhoods in Northern Westchester following his theft of a car, police said.  The incident began on Friday, July 28 just before 11:30 a.m., when authorities identified a stolen Ford traveling in Lewisboro, according to Westchester County Police.  Just after this, a Patrol sergeant found the car on the Saw Mill River Parkway in Bedford and tried pulling it over. Fugitive From Justice Nabbed In Hudson Valley For Stealing 2 Cars In 2 Days, Police Say A 19-year-old man who was a fugitive from justice was nabbed again for stealing two cars in two days from the same town. The unidentified man was arrested in Rockland County on Tuesday, Sept. 13, in Suffern. According to Suffern Police, officers responded to a report of a stolen vehicle on Thursday, Sept. 8. Video surveillance captured the suspect and officers were able to identify him shortly after receiving the report.
