Sylvia Binder Of Armonk Takes Gold In European Fencing Event

ARMONK, N.Y. – Fifteen-year-old Sylvia Binder of Armonk won the gold medal in a fencing event in Germany, lohud.com reported.

More than 200 fencers from all over the world competed in Germany.

Binder took home the gold Nov. 30 from the Tauberbischofsheim Cadet European Cup, which attracted more than 200 fencers from all over the world, according to lohud.com.
