Byram Hills Soccer Team Honors Former Player In Armonk

ARMONK, N.Y. — The Byram Hills High School soccer team dedicated their Sept. 25 game to the memory of former player Andrew Ecker, according to All About Armonk.

Ecker, who played for the team from 2002-04, recently died of brain cancer.

The team honored Ecker by singing the school's fight song, as is traditional before games, and a pre-game eulogy was given, reported All About Armonk.

The team defeated Harrison 3-0.
