Pace Students Awarded Scholarship By In Hudson Valley Marketing Association

PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. -- Students in Pace University's Interactive and Direct Marketing Lab were awarded the HVDMA/Laura L. Smith scholarship by the Hudson Valley Direct Marketing Association this past week.

The Laura L. Smith scholarship is presented to degree candidates in the Direct and Interactive Marketing Program at Pace University's Lubin School of Business who are paying for their own education and are not reimbursed by an employer. Scholarship recipients are selected for academic excellence, enthusiasm, professional qualities and their potential to benefit the industry.

Pace students Braden Bertinado, Emileigh Beauregard, and Sheikh Ali Mansoor Ul-Haq took home the award, and are all member of Pace's IDM Lab.

At the IDM Lab, students work without credit or compensation to take on leadership roles in marketing projects for small business entities who cannot afford to use a Direct Marketing Advertising Agency.
