Dr. Brian Evans has been named Assistant Provost for Experiential Learning. Evans has played an integral part in developing the Early Start Pace Path, a three-fold initiative, which will be piloted this summer. This program will provide incoming students with a developmental opportunity to jump-start their Pace Path experience.
Pace associate professor of nursing Dr. Martha Greenberg has been selected by the Zeta Omega Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International as one of the two Research Award Recipients for 2015-2016. Her project is entitled “Assessment of Transcultural Self-Efficacy, Clinical Cultural Competence, and Diversity Experiences.”
Assistant professors Joanne Knoesel and Elizabeth Berro tackled nurse education in their article "An Innovative Approach to Staffing a Simulation Center in a College of Health Professions," published in the most recent Journal of Nursing Education.
Pace's newest director of Institutional Research, Nancy DeRiggi, has joined the Office of Planning, Assessment and Institutional Research. Most, recently she served as the associate dean of Institutional Research and Planning at Westchester Community College for over nine years.
